Why Life Groups?
At Good Shepherd, our mission is to help everyone grow in a Christ-centered life as part of God's family. We believe this happens when we focus UP on God through worship, IN by building community, and OUT by serving the world. Life Groups help us grow in community by studying God's Word and sharing life together.

Current life Groups
SERMON BASED BIBLE STUDY:
Each week, our Pastors put together a study guide that coincides with the sermon. Join in one of our study guide based groups to dig deeper on what we are learning each week. There is a group that meets on Sunday mornings at 10:45am.
Thursday Nights
Join our Men's and Women's Book Studies for a time of growth, fellowship and meaningful discussion. Together, we explore books that challenge and encourage us to live out our faith in our everyday life. We meet on alternating weeks from 8-10pm in a local backyard!
MOMS CONNECT:
Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday morning from 9-10:30am, moms of all ages connect for fellowship and share the journey of mothering together. Childcare is available.
GRIEFSHARE:
Those who are mourning the death of a loved one are invited to join the next session of GriefShare, a faith-based support group for comfort and healing. GriefShare is on Tuesday mornings at 10am-noon.
Intensive Bible Study
Taught by elder, Kirk Brown, this seminar style Bible Study uses N.T. Wright's study guide on the book of Leviticus. This group meets on Sunday nights at 6pm in the Fireside Room or on Zoom (Hybrid).
OUTSIDE GROUPS:
Good Shepherd also hosts a variety of outside programs here on campus. Every Friday morning we host women involved in Community Bible Study. We also host AA at 6:30pm on Thursdays and 7pm on Fridays, as well as Al-Anon at noon Thursdays, 4pm and 5:15pm on Saturdays. Please call our Front Office if you would like more information on any of these outside groups.
