Pastor's Update

The season of Lent is a time of change, a time to be transformed by God - to strip away attitudes and behaviors that dishonor God and to adopt new ways of living lives of gratitude and service.

On April 14th and 15th, following our celebration of the Resurrection of Jesus, we will begin a new way of reaching out to our community with:

  • A Saturday evening worship service complementing the 8:45 and 10:30am Sunday morning Sanctuary services,
  • A new opportunity for adults to learn the "foundations" of our faith,
  • New ways for children and students to connect to God and
  • New ways for our pastors to use their gifts in ministry.

Please join me in praying for this significant "new life" for Good Shepherd as we move into the future God has planned for us.

Pastor Jim
